Redesign of the internal Documentation Platform

Challenge

Mainly, product documentation was done by technical writers, which was neither efficient nor sustainable because the number of Tech. Writers did not exceed the number of products to be documented.

Redesign the current documentation platform so that users could find, document, and manipulate their product documentation without relying on technical writers.

Users

Responsibilities

Mainly Product Owners and Product Managers.

Observational research on how the users where using the platform on their real daily tasks.
Create user flows.
Create wireframes and protoypes of the new concept.
Run walk-throughs usability testing with real users.
